  1. But what does this mean? Is this merely a name change? Was Droopy Corp in effect still the CTPSK Housing Corp? Was it still a non profit corporation, Chi Tetarton’s housing corporation? Or did the Chi Tet alumni surrender all rights when this quit claim was executed?

An answer to this question would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Presumably, the minutes of Droopy or the original Housing Corp. would explain how and when this decision was reached, under what circumstances, and who was involved. This assumes records were kept and the bylaws followed, and that fiduciary duties to stakeholders and actual or constructive beneficiaries were factored in, respected and discharged.

  2. In 2003, Drooopy was established, and received authorization from the state to operate at PSK Housing Corporation. Did Droopy simply continue on as Housing Corporation, and not inform anybody of the existence of Droopy? Later, when the PSKP guys became in charge of Droopy, they simply operated and PSKP and claimed that PSKP owned the property. No mention of Droopy Corp was made by anybody, anywhere. Chi Tet alumni were kept completely in the dark regarding the existence of Droopy Corp.
